Rogelio Garcia vs Cuba Resendiz

Boxing Daily Report from the Victor Bravo promoted show at Ponce Fulgencio, Ponce,  taking place on 30/08/2041:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Puerto Rico-Ponce Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rogelio Garcia (9 - 26(1) - 3) who hails from Ponce, Puerto Rico and Cuba Resendiz(2 - 0) from Ponce, Puerto Rico.  Garcia weighed in at 126 pounds and 9 ounces, while Resendiz weighed in at 126 pounds.    As Garcia came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Beltran Correira, and the three ringside judges are Nicandro Martinez, Lorenzo Capo and Nicandro Martinez.
