Elliot Cary vs Brett Graden

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Pennsylvania promoted show at Philadelphia Purdie, Philadelphia,  taking place on 04/09/2041:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Mid Atlantic Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Elliot Cary (27 - 17(4) - 6) who hails from New York City, USA and Brett Graden(21(7) - 4) from Philadelphia, USA.  Cary weighed in at 167 pounds And 6 ounces, while Graden weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Declan Forbes, and the three ringside judges are Rich Orne, Theo Abbey and Declan Forbes.  

Round 1: 

Graden digs in a left hook to Cary's ribs.  
Graden lands a right hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Graden lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Graden pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Graden lands a left uppercut, left hook and a right hook to his opponents body.

Cary switches the action to the outside and attempts to land a jab, but Graden slips the shot and counters with a solid right hook.

Graden walks Cary onto the ropes.  Cary throws a left uppercut, but Graden holds on to his opponent.  Graden leans on his opponent using all his weight. Graden throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. Graden uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Cary behind the head. 
Graden closes the distance and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Cary's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Cary's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Graden closes the distance and is on target with a right uppercut to his opponents body.  Graden attempts to land a left hook, but Cary blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.
