Shen Qu vs Wu-pen Tse

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Shanghai promoted show at Shanghai Wing, Shanghai,  taking place on 04/09/2041:

Clearly AI China-Shanghai have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the China-Shanghai Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Shen Qu (8 - 10(2) - 4) who hails from Shanghai, China and Wu-pen Tse(19(1) - 16(5) - 8) from Shanghai, China.  Both Qu and Tse weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gan Jue, and the three ringside judges are An Sieh, Genjo Hauw and Li-Liang Tang.
