Paul Maddox vs Mel Banks

Boxing Daily Report from the Western Promotions promoted show at Western Gym International, Liverpool,  taking place on 09/09/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Paul Maddox (2(2) - 0) who hails from Nottingham, UK and Mel Banks(0 - 3) from Hull, UK.  Both Maddox and Banks weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mark Clark, and the three ringside judges are Dai Tierney, Alastair Litts and Sam Henry.
