Joshua Kane vs Max Eddie

Boxing Daily Report from the Western Promotions promoted show at Western Gym International, Liverpool,  taking place on 29/08/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Joshua Kane (4(1) - 0) who hails from Dublin, Ireland and Max Eddie(4 - 0 - 2) from London, UK.  Kane weighed in at 135 pounds, while Eddie weighed in at 134 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Max Smith, and the three ringside judges are Kieran Saunders, Mark Bonnar and Robert Boduch.  

Round 1: 

Kane tries to keep the action at long range and lands a hard jab.  
Kane lands a solid cross.  
Eddie pivots to the right of his opponent.  Kane lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Kane advances into close range and manouvers his opponent into the corner.  Eddie throws a left hook, but Kane holds on to his opponent.  Kane leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Kane pushes his forearm into Eddie's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Kane sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Kane lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Kane backs onto the ropes...he is waving his opponent in!  Eddie steps in throwing power shots but is unable to land cleanly.  Eddie lands a jab.  
Kane advances into close range.  Eddie throws a left uppercut, but Kane holds on to his opponent.  Kane is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Kane lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  
Kane gets on the inside and lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Eddie tries to land a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Kane steps inside and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Eddie hits home with a left hook.  
Eddie tries to step out of his opponents range and is on target with a cross.  Eddie throws a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a stinging right hook.  
Kane is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook, right uppercut and a left hook to his opponents head.  
Kane gets on the inside.  Eddie pivots to the right of his opponent.  Kane connects with a right uppercut.  
Kane advances into close range.  Eddie sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Kane lands a right hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.

Kane lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Eddie attempts to land an overhand right, but Kane sidesteps and counters with a stinging right uppercut.  
Kane steps inside and lands a right hook.  
Eddie is looking to keep his distance.  Eddie sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Kane lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Eddie tries to land a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a stinging cross.  
Eddie switches the action to the outside and attempts to land a cross, but Kane sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Kane closes the distance and lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.

Kane closes the distance and throws a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Eddie lowers his hands, trying to provoke his opponent to attack.  Kane lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Eddie sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Kane lands a double jab to his opponents head.  Kane attempts to land a jab, but Eddie dodges the shot and counters with a cross.  
Eddie pivots from in front of his opponent.  Eddie attempts to land a jab, but Kane slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Eddie sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Kane lands with a stiff jab.  
Kane is looking to close the distance and digs in a sharp left hook to Eddie's ribs.

Kane gets on the inside and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Eddie almost instantly recovers. 
Kane hits home with a stinging cross.  
Kane is looking to close the distance and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  He then lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Eddie pivots to the left of his opponent.  Kane lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Kane lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND DROPS EDDIE TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  Eddie almost instantly recovers. 
Kane tries to keep the action at long range.  Eddie is keeping his hands low...it looks like he wants his opponent to throw first.  Kane lands a jab to the head followed by a cross to the body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Some sustained pressure from Kane could be enough to finish Eddie!  Kane whips in a hurtful right hook to his opponents body.  EDDIE IS DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 8.  
Kane lands a right hook to the head followed by two left uppercut's to the body.  He then lands two left uppercut's to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Kane!
