Xing-fu Yu vs Deshi Yuan

Boxing Daily Report from the Xing-fu Hui's Sensei Promotions promoted show at Beijing University Gymnasium, Beijing,  taking place on 28/09/2041:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Xing-fu Yu (9(4) - 0) who hails from Chongqing, China and Deshi Yuan(11 - 8 - 2) from Quanzhou, China.  Both Yu and Yuan weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Chung Mon, and the three ringside judges are Woo Kung, Deshi Tak and Jiang Shiau.  

Round 1: 

Yu is looking to close the distance.  Yu sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Yuan tries to keep the action at long range.  Yu hits home with a spiteful jab.  
Yu advances into close range.  Yu hits home with a sharp right uppercut.  Yu wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Yuan has taken some damage there.  That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.  
Yu walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Yu is on target with a weighty left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  YUAN WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Yu clinches his opponent.  Yu leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. As they grapple, Yu pushes his forearm into Yuan's face.  The ref breaks Yu's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  Yuan quickly recovers. 
Yu lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents head.  
Yu switches the action to the outside and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Yu lands a right hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Yu drives a right hook into his opponents body.  
Yu walks Yuan down, trapping him in the corner.  Yu throws a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot.  Yu holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Yu pushes his forearm into Yuan's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Yu tries to step out of his opponents range and lands with a spiteful jab.  
Yu is on target with a jab.  
Yu steps inside and digs in a stinging left hook to his opponents liver.  
Yu switches the action to the outside.  Yu feints a right hook, and then hits home with a sharp overhand right.  
Yu advances into close range and lands a right hook to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a left hook to the head.  Yu holds on to his opponent.  Yu leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Yu tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Yuan's kidney. 
Yu lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Yu lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Yuan throws a left uppercut, but Yu clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Yu pushes his forearm into Yuan's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Yu lands a hurtful right hook.  YUAN IS HURT!  Yuan almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Yu is on target with a solid right hook.  
Yu pivots to the left of his opponent.  Yu lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  Yu tries to land a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Yu connects with a sharp left uppercut.  
Yu quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Yu digs in a sharp left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Yu walks Yuan into a neutral corner.  Yu hits home with a right hook.  
Yu is on target with a solid left uppercut to Yuan's ribs.  Yu clinches his opponent.  Yu is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. As they grapple, Yu pushes his forearm into Yuan's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Yu to stop fouling.  
Yu quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Yuan throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action and gives Yu time to recover.  
Yu sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Yu throws a right uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Yu steps inside and lands a left hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a left uppercut to the head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Yuan's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Yuan's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Yuan's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Yuan's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.

Yu gets on the inside and is on target with a stinging left uppercut.  
Yu is looking to close the distance and lands a sharp right hook.  
Yu steps inside and lands a double right hook to his opponents head, AND YUAN IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 5.  Yuan recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Yu quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Yu thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Yuan away.  Yu lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  He continues the combination and lands a cross followed by a right hook to his opponents head, KNOCKING YUAN DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 7.  Yuan now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Yuan tries to step out of his opponents range.  Yu hits the target with a stinging jab.  
Yu lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Yu sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Yuan is looking to keep his distance.  Yu tries to land a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Yuan attempts to land a jab, but Yu slips the shot and counters with a stinging right uppercut.  
Yu advances into close range and lands a left uppercut to the head, a left hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Yu advances into close range and digs in a left uppercut to Yuan's body.

Yu sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Yu lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body, AND DROPS YUAN!  The ref does not even bother with the count...he's seen enough!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Yu!
