Billy McAlexander vs Shing Nghiem

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at AAMI Park, Melbourne,  taking place on 05/10/2041:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Asia-Oceania Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SBS1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Billy McAlexander (38(31) - 11(1)) who hails from Melbourne, Australia and Shing Nghiem(19(4) - 5(3)) from Yichang, China.  Both McAlexander and Nghiem weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kyle Hinshaw, and the three ringside judges are Gregor Clyde, Nathan Savas and Matt Linton.  

Round 1: 

McAlexander pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a stinging right uppercut.
