William McGovern vs Rupert Decoux

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Chichibunomiya Rugby Stadium, Tokyo,  taking place on 14/09/2041:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the WRBO Intercontinental Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Tokyo, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are William McGovern (39(34) - 5(3)) who hails from Dublin, Ireland and Rupert Decoux(24(20) - 10(7)) from Lausanne, Switzerland.  Both McGovern and Decoux weighed in at 200 pounds.
