Lucas Griff vs Fraser Dickie

Boxing Daily Report from the Western Promotions promoted show at Western Gym, Melbourne,  taking place on 09/09/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Lucas Griff (7(5) - 0) who hails from Brisbane, Australia and Fraser Dickie(3 - 6(3) - 1) from Brisbane, Australia.  Both Griff and Dickie weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Johnny Elias, and the three ringside judges are Andy Wright, Gregor Clyde and John Kamenskiy.  

Round 1: 

Griff is on target with a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Griff is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  Griff ties up his opponent.  Griff is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks Griff's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Griff digs in a solid right hook to Dickie's ribcage.  Griff clinches his opponent.  Griff uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Dickie behind the head. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Griff about fouling.

Griff throws a left hook, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a cross.  
Griff lands a cross to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Griff advances into close range and lands a right hook.  Griff holds on to his opponent.  Griff is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Griff and breaks the clinch.  
Griff gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the body.  
Dickie is looking to keep his distance.  Griff lands a sharp jab.

Griff advances into close range.  Griff pivots to the side of his opponent and hits home with a firm left hook.  
Griff throws a left uppercut, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Griff clinches his opponent.  Griff is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Griff throws a left uppercut, but his opponent slips the punch.  Griff holds on to his opponent.  Griff leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Griff digs in a powerful left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  DICKIE IS HURT!  Dickie almost instantly recovers.

Griff is looking to force the stoppage!  Griff whips in a mean right hook to Dickie's body.  DICKIE IS DOWN!  He manages to get up at 4.  It looks like Dickie has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Griff walks Dickie into the corner.  Griff quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Griff lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body, DROPPING DICKIE TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 6.  Dickie recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Dickie pivots to the side of his opponent.  Dickie attempts to land a left hook, but Griff slips the shot and counters with a solid left hook.

Griff finds the target with a jab.  
Griff closes the distance.  Griff pivots from in front of his opponent and digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  
Dickie is looking to keep his distance.  Griff is on target with a cross.  
Griff steps inside and manouvers his opponent into the corner.  Dickie throws a right hook, but Griff clinches his opponent.  Griff leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Griff lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.
