Rodrigo Benavides vs Antonius Tancquere

Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at Crumlin Boxing Club, Dublin,  taking place on 02/09/2041:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Rodrigo Benavides (3(1) - 0) who hails from Juarez, Mexico and Antonius Tancquere(11 - 6) from The Hague, Netherlands.  Benavides weighed in at 200 pounds, while Tancquere weighed in at 200 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Killian Bourne, and the three ringside judges are Roy Spalding, Liam Healey and Cillian Murphy.  

Round 1: 

Tancquere pivots to the right of his opponent.  Benavides lands a sharp left hook.  
Benavides gets on the inside and is on target with a left hook.  Benavides ties up his opponent.  Benavides leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Benavides walks Tancquere down, trapping him in the blue corner.  Benavides is on target with a sharp right uppercut.  
Benavides sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Benavides digs in a left uppercut to his opponents body.  Benavides clinches his opponent.  Benavides is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Benavides to stop holding.
