Dominic Machapa vs John Sibanda

Boxing Daily Report from the Kuenyehia Promotions promoted show at Ian Kabweza Gym, Harare,  taking place on 03/11/2021:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Zimbabwe-Harare Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Joy TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dominic Machapa (2 - 6(1) - 2) who hails from Harare, Zimbabwe and John Sibanda(8 - 0 - 1) from Harare, Zimbabwe.  Both Machapa and Sibanda weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Robert Hunzvi, and the three ringside judges are John Sword, Makalo Ncube and Michael Chipeta.  

Round 1: 

Sibanda gets on the inside.  Sibanda sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Machapa steps to the outside.  Sibanda sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Machapa connects with a cross.  
Sibanda steps inside and hits home with a right hook.
