John Lyn vs Mark Thom

Boxing Daily Report from the hard hitting promotions promoted show at Nassau Struthers, Nassau,  taking place on 21/09/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Bahamas-New Providence Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Lyn (2 - 8(1)) who hails from Nassau, Bahamas and Mark Thom(10(1) - 10(3)) from Nassau, Bahamas.  Lyn weighed in at 159 pounds and 12 ounces, while Thom weighed in at 159 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Robert Dew, and the three ringside judges are Rob Tassie, Zach Brent and Leo Fenwick.  

Round 1: 

Thom steps inside and digs in a right uppercut to Lyn's body.  
Lyn is looking to keep his distance.  Lyn sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Thom is on target with a firm cross to his opponents body.  Thom tries to land a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Thom gets on the inside and cuts off the ring, trapping Lyn on the ropes.  Thom is on target with a right hook to Lyn's body.  
Thom pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Lyn steps to the outside.  Lyn quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a cross.  
Thom is looking to close the distance.  Thom sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Lyn is on target with a left uppercut.  Thom holds on to his opponent.  Thom pushes his forearm into Lyn's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Thom to stop fouling.  
Thom lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Lyn is looking to keep the action on the outside and connects with an overhand left.  
Thom lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  Thom clinches his opponent.  Thom tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Lyn's kidney. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Thom to stop fouling.

Thom advances into close range and lands a left uppercut, right hook and a left hook to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Lyn quickly recovers. 
Thom digs in a telling right hook to his opponents body.  LYN IS HURT!  
Some sustained pressure from Thom could be enough to finish Lyn!  Thom digs in a telling right hook to Lyn's ribs.  LYN IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 4.  
Thom lands a cross to the head followed by a left hook to the body, AND DROPS LYN TO THE CANVAS!  He makes it to one knee, but is unable to rise any further as the ref counts 10!  The winner by KO is Thom!
