Audric Richard vs Jacques Ponce

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Cameroon-Nord-Oueste promoted show at Hill Park Hotel, Bamenda,  taking place on 20/09/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Cameroon-Nord-Oueste Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Audric Richard (18 - 24(4) - 3) who hails from Bamenda, Cameroon and Jacques Ponce(12 - 3) from Bamenda, Cameroon.  Both Richard and Ponce weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Holland Feydeau, and the three ringside judges are Hubert Breton, Montrell Milla and Giles Baga.  

Round 1: 

Ponce is looking to close the distance and manouvers his opponent into a corner.  Ponce sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Richard hits home with a right uppercut.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Ponce dabs at his face checking for damage.
