Stuart Brown vs Viktor Kovalski

Boxing Daily Report from the Western Promotions promoted show at Echo Arena, Liverpool,  taking place on 28/10/2041:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Stuart Brown (24(19) - 4(4)) who hails from Des Moines, USA and Viktor Kovalski(36(34) - 9(8)) from Naberezhnye Chelny, Russia.  Brown weighed in at 167 pounds and 3 ounces, while Kovalski weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Irfan Assaf, and the three ringside judges are Sammy Dunkerson, Rodric Valentine and Michael Beretta.  

Round 1:

Kovalski sidesteps to the right of his opponent and drives a right hook into his opponents ribcage.  As Kovalski tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Brown dabs at his face checking for damage.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Brown's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Kovalski's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.
