Nori Hasegawa vs Taro Abe

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Fukuoka promoted show at Fukuoka Noda, Fukuoka,  taking place on 27/09/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Japan-Fukuoka Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nori Hasegawa (6 - 7 - 3) who hails from Kitakyushu, Japan and Taro Abe(3(2) - 0) from Fukuoka, Japan.  Both Hasegawa and Abe weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Yoshi Ogura, and the three ringside judges are Yasushi Baba, Yuji Sakai and Yasushi Baba.  

Round 1: 

Hasegawa steps away from his opponent.  Abe tries to land a jab, but Hasegawa blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Abe steps inside and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Abe lands an overhand left followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Hasegawa is looking to keep his distance and tries to land an overhand right, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Abe is on target with a cross.  
Abe tries to land a right hook, but Hasegawa blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Abe lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Abe steps inside and is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribs.  Abe tries to land a left hook, but Hasegawa blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Abe advances into close range and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Abe closes the distance and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.

Abe gets on the inside and is on target with a left hook to Hasegawa's ribs.  
Hasegawa is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Abe feints a right hook, and then connects with a stinging cross.  
Abe advances into close range and is on target with a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Abe lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Abe closes the distance and cuts off the ring, trapping Hasegawa in the corner.  Abe lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.

It looks like Hasegawa has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Abe steps inside and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Hasegawa now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Hasegawa is looking to keep his distance.  Abe lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Abe lands with a spiteful jab.  
Abe advances into close range and is on target with a sharp left uppercut to Hasegawa's body.  
Abe pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Abe digs in a sharp left hook to Hasegawa's ribs.

Hasegawa tries to step out of his opponents range.  Abe senses his opponent is hurt.  He is looking to stop Hasegawa and just needs the right shot.  Abe is on target with a stinging left hook to his opponents ribs.  HASEGAWA IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 7.  
Abe slams a mean left hook into Hasegawa's body.  HASEGAWA HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 5.  
Abe closes the distance and forces Hasegawa to back into the ropes.  Abe lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body, AND HASEGAWA IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He manages to get up at 6.
