Mark Kata vs Eric Zokwana

Boxing Daily Report from the Eghenyan Promotions promoted show at Wilfried Bekker Gym, iBhayi,  taking place on 03/10/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Africa-Eastern Cape Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mark Kata (4 - 11(2) - 1) who hails from Port Elizabeth, South Africa and Eric Zokwana(6 - 4) from iBhayi, South Africa.  Kata weighed in at 234 pounds And 10 ounces, while Zokwana weighed in at 237 pounds And 4 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Danny Luteka, and the three ringside judges are Udenwa Kpegah, Mason Baramoto and Musa Majola.  

Round 1: 

Kata steps away from his opponent.  Zokwana lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Zokwana steps inside.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Zokwana has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.  
Kata is looking to keep his distance.  Zokwana circles his opponent with a low guard, waiting for his opponent to attack.  Kata throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a firm left uppercut.  
Zokwana gets on the inside and hits home with a sharp left hook.  
Zokwana steps inside and lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Kata tries to keep the action at long range.  Zokwana finds the target with a ramrod jab.
