Phil Ewens vs Alen Mailander

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Minnesota promoted show at Simuunza Gym, Minneapolis,  taking place on 04/10/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Minnesota Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Phil Ewens (14 - 4) who hails from Minneapolis, USA and Alen Mailander(11 - 12(2) - 2) from Saint Paul, USA.  Both Ewens and Mailander weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Harry Streblow, and the three ringside judges are David Scholar, Alastair Cullen and Greg Pelle.  

Round 1: 

Ewens steps inside and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.
