Josh Owusu vs Shayan Rasheed

Boxing Daily Report from the Quansah Promotions promoted show at Dom Addo Gym, Accra,  taking place on 19/11/2021:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Ghana-Greater Accra Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Josh Owusu (8 - 1) who hails from Accra, Ghana and Shayan Rasheed(8 - 0) from Accra, Ghana.  Owusu weighed in at 134 pounds and 12 ounces, while Rasheed weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joe Kessels, and the three ringside judges are Louis Kugblenu, Chris Asante and Atif Hussain.  

Round 1: 

Rasheed closes the distance.  Rasheed sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.
