Brett Logie vs Connor Comb

Boxing Daily Report from the Jaromir Dobroniecki promoted show at Palmer Events Center, Houston,  taking place on 21/10/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-Texas Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Brett Logie (18 - 23(1) - 4) who hails from Dallas, USA and Connor Comb(25 - 15(2) - 1) from El Paso, USA.  Logie weighed in at 252 pounds and 15 ounces, while Comb weighed in at 249 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is James Galbraith, and the three ringside judges are Corey Barnes, Elliot Flaws and Rob Smith.  

Round 1: 

Logie lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.

Comb pivots to the side of his opponent.  Logie wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Comb dabs at his face checking for damage.
