Vail Platini vs David Colvin

Boxing Daily Report from the GAT Management promoted show at Hotel Le Concorde Quebec, Quebec City,  taking place on 18/10/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Vail Platini (8 - 0) who hails from Montreal, Canada and David Colvin(10 - 10(1) - 3) from Calgary, Canada.  Platini weighed in at 140 pounds, while Colvin weighed in at 140 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Paul Coupland, and the three ringside judges are Verrier Luna, Nicholas Prior and Bruce Hathorne.
