Boxing Daily Report from the Hennessy Boxing promoted show at Melbourne Blair, Melbourne,  taking place on 14/10/2041:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on WIN, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are John Athans (16(6) - 3) who hails from Geelong, Australia and Dave Elley(15(10) - 6(3)) from Perth, Australia.  Both Athans and Elley weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jake Denniston, and the three ringside judges are Gareth Dovey, John Travis and Arran Ritchey.
