Ewan Gilreath vs Scott Myron

Boxing Daily Report from the GOAT Promotions promoted show at Denver Rennick, Denver,  taking place on 18/10/2041:

Clearly GOAT Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Mountain West Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ewan Gilreath (14 - 17(4) - 8) who hails from Longmont, USA and Scott Myron(9 - 30(3) - 6) from Colorado Springs, USA.  Gilreath weighed in at 122 pounds and 9 ounces, while Myron weighed in at 121 pounds and 10 ounces.    As Gilreath came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Declan Patterson, and the three ringside judges are Ian Cohran, John Lewis and Tobias Colquhoun.  

Round 1: 

Myron steps inside and hits home with a left hook.  Myron throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Gilreath tries to step out of his opponents range and is on target with a jab.

As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Myron dabs at his face checking for damage.
