Boxing Daily Report from the Quartey Promotions promoted show at Josh Mambare Gym, Chitungwiza,  taking place on 12/12/2021:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Southern African Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Joy TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Mel Mandioma (3 - 7) who hails from Harare, Zimbabwe and Michael Mandioma(5 - 3 - 1) from Chitungwiza, Zimbabwe.  Mel weighed in at 199 pounds And 11 ounces, while Michael weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Peabo Chikwava, and the three ringside judges are Bradley Masunda, Kyle Bulawayo and Quintavius Mubako.  

Round 1: 

Michael feints a jab, and then lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Mel is looking to keep his distance and finds the target with a jab.
