Lucas Ligon vs Jose Arbelaez

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-Cavite promoted show at Dasmarinas Sebastian, Dasmarinas,  taking place on 23/10/2041:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Philippines-Cavite Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IBC, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Lucas Ligon (6 - 6(1)) who hails from Dasmarinas, Philippines and Jose Arbelaez(5(1) - 1) from Bacoor, Philippines.  Ligon weighed in at 115 pounds, while Arbelaez weighed in at 114 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hernan Binaoro, and the three ringside judges are Ellis Suguitan, Joaquin Arocha and Juan Sumulong.
