Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-Delhi promoted show at New Delhi Beniwal, New Delhi,  taking place on 23/10/2041:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the India-Delhi Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Waqas Arshad (21 - 24(1) - 3) who hails from New Delhi, India and Duleep Chia(2 - 12 - 1) from New Delhi, India.  Arshad weighed in at 121 pounds and 15 ounces, while Chia weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ganesa Molhu, and the three ringside judges are Jasvinder Ramesh, Syed Ghazal and Ahmed Ibrahim.
