Bryn Jones vs Kian Cay

Boxing Daily Report from the Granite Chin Promotions promoted show at Balch Fieldhouse, Boulder,  taking place on 02/12/2041:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Bryn Jones (4 - 0) who hails from Boston, USA and Kian Cay(11 - 17(2) - 3) from Savannah, USA.  Jones weighed in at 126 pounds, while Cay weighed in at 125 pounds And 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Owen Simpson, and the three ringside judges are Joshua Davie, Alen Greenlaw and Noah Keys.  

Round 1: 

Jones digs in a right hook to Cay's ribcage.  
Jones advances into close range and digs in a stinging left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Jones sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Cay throws a right hook, but Jones ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Cay pushes his forearm into Jones's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Cay is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Jones attempts to land a cross, but Cay dodges the shot and counters with a cross.  
Jones lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Jones manouvers Cay into a corner.  Jones lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Jones throws a left hook, but is not on target.  Jones clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Jones pushes his forearm into Cay's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Jones.

Jones steps inside.  Cay throws a left hook, but Jones holds on to his opponent.  The ref breaks Jones's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Jones lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  Jones ties up his opponent.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Jones connects with a solid left uppercut.  
Jones closes the distance and walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Jones lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Jones attempts to land a left uppercut, but Cay parries the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Jones digs in a firm right hook to his opponents ribcage.

Jones digs in a right hook to Cay's ribs.  
Jones sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Jones tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Cay tries to keep the action at long range.  Jones hits home with a cross.  
Jones digs in a stinging right hook to his opponents body.  
Jones gets on the inside and drives a solid right hook into Cay's body.  
Cay throws a right hook, but Jones holds on to his opponent.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Jones is looking to close the distance and attempts to land a right hook, but Cay slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Jones slams a mean right hook into his opponents body.  CAY IS HURT!  Jones attempts to land a right uppercut, but Cay blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Jones is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.  Jones lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body, AND DROPS CAY!  He beats the count, getting up at 5.  
Jones lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  He then lands a right uppercut, left uppercut and a right uppercut to his opponents body, KNOCKING CAY DOWN!  He is unable to get up before the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Jones!
