Federico Febus vs Manuel Canizares

Boxing Daily Report from the Darbenyan Promotions promoted show at Bawuah Gym, Acapulco,  taking place on 28/10/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Guerrero Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Federico Febus (8 - 9(1) - 3) who hails from Acapulco, Mexico and Manuel Canizares(10 - 22 - 4) from Acapulco, Mexico.  Febus weighed in at 117 pounds and 13 ounces, while Canizares weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Baltasar Poblete, and the three ringside judges are Emanuel Borjas, Xeres Hermosillo and Lorenzo Tomey.  

Round 1: 

Febus steps away from his opponent and lands a sharp jab.

Canizares closes the distance.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Febus.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.
