Boxing Daily Report from the Soweto Punch Pros promoted show at King Zwelethini Stadium, Umlazi,  taking place on 07/12/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Africa-KwaZulu-Natal Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Duante kaMagwaza (10(4) - 0) who hails from Durban, South Africa and Jevonte Sono(25(1) - 16(5) - 2) from Durban, South Africa.  kaMagwaza weighed in at 140 pounds, while Sono weighed in at 139 pounds And 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ramahlwe Mbekile, and the three ringside judges are Kasi Mogoeng, Corey Nzimande and John Dimbisi.  

Round 1: 

kaMagwaza lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.

kaMagwaza lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.

Sono tries to step out of his opponents range.  kaMagwaza is on target with a ramrod jab.  kaMagwaza tries to land an overhand left, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a sharp cross.  
kaMagwaza gets on the inside and manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  kaMagwaza sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a firm right hook.  
kaMagwaza lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Sono recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
kaMagwaza throws a left uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
kaMagwaza hits home with a solid left uppercut.  
kaMagwaza lands a right uppercut.  
Sono is looking to keep his distance and lands a solid jab.

kaMagwaza lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
kaMagwaza advances into close range and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
kaMagwaza senses Sono is in trouble...he is looking to finish him off!  kaMagwaza lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND DROPS SONO TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  It looks like Sono has now recovered from that shot earlier.
