Viktor Arsts vs Evgeny Oshkaja

Boxing Daily Report from the HBLUE Promotions promoted show at Arena Riga, Riga,  taking place on 10/11/2041:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Latvia-Riga Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Viktor Arsts (8(1) - 0) who hails from Riga, Latvia and Evgeny Oshkaja(18 - 17(8) - 5) from Riga, Latvia.  Both Arsts and Oshkaja weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Isaak Pulkstens, and the three ringside judges are Georgiy Jaungailis, Kolzak Liepkalnietis and Luka Ozolitis.
