Boxing Daily Report from the HBLUE Promotions promoted show at Arena Riga, Riga,  taking place on 10/11/2041:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Latvia Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Igor Baltazoss (8 - 4 - 1) who hails from Riga, Latvia and Mikhail MK Kaneps(13(1) - 3 - 2) from Riga, Latvia.  Baltazoss weighed in at 230 pounds and 15 ounces, while Kaneps weighed in at 228 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Kolzak Liepkalnietis, and the three ringside judges are Isaak Pulkstens, Georgiy Jaungailis and Luka Ozolitis.
