Brendan Avila vs John Stilley

Boxing Daily Report from the Jaromir Dobroniecki promoted show at County Coliseum, El Paso,  taking place on 22/11/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-SouthWest Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Brendan Avila (16 - 7 - 2) who hails from Houston, USA and John Stilley(16 - 15 - 1) from Tucson, USA.  Avila weighed in at 104 pounds, while Stilley weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Brendan Darrow, and the three ringside judges are Henry Messer, Stuart Ferrera and Harry Carmicheal.  

Round 1: 

Avila is looking to keep his distance and throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.

Avila throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action and gives Stilley time to recover.
