Paul Rhys vs Steven Allen

Boxing Daily Report from the Plunder Boxing promoted show at Emirates Arena, Glasgow,  taking place on 16/11/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Paul Rhys (14(11) - 1 - 1) who hails from Stoke, UK and Steven Allen(20(14) - 9(4)) from Cardiff, UK.  Rhys weighed in at 234 pounds And 9 ounces, while Allen weighed in at 239 pounds And 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Dennis McClung, and the three ringside judges are Gordon Arnott, Peter McAlister and Thomas Ryan.
