Danyaal Shafi vs Jay Davies

Boxing Daily Report from the Ravens promoted show at Arlington Powell, Arlington,  taking place on 14/11/2041:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-Texas Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Danyaal Shafi (30 - 32(11) - 2) who hails from Dallas, USA and Jay Davies(19 - 13(1) - 3) from Arlington, USA.  Shafi weighed in at 160 pounds and 8 ounces, while Davies weighed in at 160 pounds.    As Shafi came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the titles on the line tonight.  
The referee tonight is Brett Sproule, and the three ringside judges are Danny Henderson, Paul Mings and Colin Morgans.
