Ricky Porterfield vs Ben Matheson

Boxing Daily Report from the CP Boxing promoted show at Georgetown Blackie, Georgetown,  taking place on 14/11/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Guyana Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on NCN, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ricky Porterfield (21(1) - 4) who hails from Georgetown, Guyana and Ben Matheson(13 - 4(1) - 1) from Linden, Guyana.  Porterfield weighed in at 139 pounds and 15 ounces, while Matheson weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Arran Creighton, and the three ringside judges are John Killens, Dale Rankin and Mark Firth.
