Boxing Daily Report from the AI Algeria-Oran promoted show at Oran Abrika, Oran,  taking place on 17/11/2041:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Algeria-Oran Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Irfan Belhouchet (7 - 3) who hails from Oran, Algeria and Kamran Charef(9 - 15 - 1) from Oran, Algeria.  Both Belhouchet and Charef weighed in at 130 pounds.
