An Seto vs Lei Jao

Boxing Daily Report from the Chinese Boxing Federation promoted show at Shanghai Lee, Shanghai,  taking place on 22/11/2041:

Clearly Chinese Boxing Federation have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the China-Shanghai Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are An Seto (16 - 26 - 8 - 1(NC)) who hails from Shanghai, China and Lei Jao(2 - 7 - 3) from Shanghai, China.  Seto weighed in at 146 pounds and 14 ounces, while Jao weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Xing-fu Chern, and the three ringside judges are Li-Liang Yeh, Hsin Szeto and Zhu Tam.
