Valerio Locchi vs Liberatore De Nucci

Boxing Daily Report from the Mankattah Promotions promoted show at Antonio Albergo Gym, Turin,  taking place on 25/11/2041:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Italy-Piedmont Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Valerio Locchi (5 - 11 - 6) who hails from Turin, Italy and Liberatore De Nucci(10 - 6 - 1) from Turin, Italy.  Both Locchi and De Nucci weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gabriele Novo, and the three ringside judges are Valerio Palazzi, Liberatore Alasia and Carlo Grifone.  

Round 1: 

Locchi advances into close range.  De Nucci sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
De Nucci steps inside and walks Locchi into a neutral corner.  De Nucci lands a left uppercut.  
De Nucci lands a jab.  
De Nucci is on target with a cross.  
Locchi gets on the inside.  Locchi sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  As De Nucci tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Locchi dabs at his face checking for damage.  
De Nucci pivots to the right of his opponent and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
De Nucci closes the distance and tries to land a left hook, but Locchi parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
De Nucci steps inside.  De Nucci pivots to the side of his opponent and drives a right hook into Locchi's ribs.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Locchi's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Locchi's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  De Nucci's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.

De Nucci is looking to close the distance.  De Nucci pivots to the side of his opponent.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Locchi.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.  
De Nucci hits home with a cross.  
Locchi closes the distance.  De Nucci hits home with a right hook.
