Imran Najdi vs Obaid Saleem

Boxing Daily Report from the Nashanian Promotions promoted show at Amer Salaam Gym, Riyadh,  taking place on 01/12/2041:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Saudi Arabia-East Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Imran Najdi (10 - 13 - 5) who hails from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and Obaid Saleem(11 - 15 - 9) from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.  Both Najdi and Saleem weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Yasin Maclouf, and the three ringside judges are Amer Malley, Azam Toure and Waleed Marwan.  

Round 1: 

Najdi closes the distance.  Saleem connects with a left uppercut.  
Saleem lands a cross.  
Saleem lands a cross to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Najdi closes the distance.  Saleem lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.

Najdi is looking to close the distance.  Najdi throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action and gives Saleem time to recover.  
Najdi closes the distance.  Saleem connects with a right hook.  
Najdi switches the action to the outside and connects with a cross.  
Saleem attempts to land a cross, but Najdi parries the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Saleem steps inside.  As Najdi tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Saleem.  That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Najdi's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.
