John Begg vs Rich Melville

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Mississippi promoted show at Joseph Cirino Gym, Jackson,  taking place on 04/12/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Mississippi Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Begg (10 - 19(1) - 4) who hails from Jackson, USA and Rich Melville(28 - 10(1) - 1) from Jackson, USA.  Both Begg and Melville weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is David Cloy, and the three ringside judges are Billy Ainsley, Richard Cargill and Hayden McCallum.  

Round 1: 

Melville lands a right hook.
