Ricky Preddy vs James Whitehead

Boxing Daily Report from the Paradoxia promoted show at Anchorage Rhoderick, Anchorage,  taking place on 06/12/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Mountain West Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ricky Preddy (17(1) - 5(2) - 1) who hails from Anchorage, USA and James Whitehead(19(3) - 3(3) - 1) from Anchorage, USA.  Both Preddy and Whitehead weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Felix Campbell, and the three ringside judges are Joe Routledge, Leon Chisolm and David Edmiston.  

Round 1: 

Whitehead forces Preddy to retreat into the red corner.  Preddy lands a right hook followed by a cross to his opponents head.
