Tobias Lyon vs Seth Clardy

Boxing Daily Report from the GOAT Promotions promoted show at PTS Showclub, Denver,  taking place on 06/12/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Mountain West Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Tobias Lyon (18 - 17(2) - 5) who hails from Colorado Springs, USA and Seth Clardy(22 - 23(3) - 8) from Denver, USA.  Both Lyon and Clardy weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is David Bonner, and the three ringside judges are John Lewis, Alen Greenlaw and Oliver Peavey.  

Round 1: 

Lyon lands a cross.  
Clardy wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Lyon dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Lyon hits home with a right uppercut.  
Lyon is looking to keep his distance.  Clardy hits home with a cross.  
Lyon is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a jab to the body followed by a cross to the head.

Clardy throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action and gives Lyon time to recover.  
Clardy lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.
