Bruce Aitken vs Malcolm Mossman

Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at Gimnasio Usos Multiples UdeG, Guadalajara,  taking place on 29/11/2041:

Clearly Showtime Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Bruce Aitken (2(1) - 0) who hails from Wichita, USA and Malcolm Mossman(17 - 18(2) - 5) from Norfolk, USA.  Both Aitken and Mossman weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Miguel Alviso, and the three ringside judges are Montel Almeda, Onofre Cassillas and Salvador Lobos.  

Round 1: 

Mossman switches the action to the outside.  Aitken lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Aitken closes the distance and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head, AND SENDS MOSSMAN TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  
Aitken drives a right hook into his opponents ribcage.  Aitken ties up his opponent.  Aitken leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Aitken throws a right hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Aitken ties up his opponent.  Aitken pushes his forearm into Mossman's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Aitken lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Aitken lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Mossman pivots to the left of his opponent.  Aitken lands a jab.  
Aitken lands a cross to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Aitken closes the distance.  Mossman throws a right hook, but Aitken clinches his opponent.  Aitken is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Aitken digs in a solid left hook to Mossman's body.  
Aitken manages to force Mossman into the red corner.  Aitken is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Aitken digs in a firm left hook to his opponents body.  
Aitken digs in a firm left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Aitken lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Aitken holds on to his opponent.  Aitken leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  Mossman almost instantly recovers. 
Aitken is on target with a right hook.  
Mossman tries to land a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Aitken lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Aitken manouvers his opponent into the corner.  Aitken lands a left hook, right hook and a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Aitken closes the distance and digs in a stinging left hook to Mossman's ribs.  
Aitken lands a right hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Mossman quickly recovers. 
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Mossman's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Mossman's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Mossman's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Mossman's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Aitken lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Aitken clinches his opponent.  Aitken pushes his forearm into Mossman's face.  The ref breaks Aitken's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Aitken is looking to force the stoppage!  Aitken lands a cross to the head, a left uppercut to the head and a right uppercut to the body.  He then lands a cross to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a left hook to the head.  The winner by KO is Aitken!
