Ruki Ngata vs Joshua Satter

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Hawaii promoted show at Matt Dreyfus Gym, Honolulu,  taking place on 01/12/2041:

Clearly AI USA-Hawaii have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Hawaii Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ruki Ngata (5 - 8 - 2) who hails from Honolulu, USA and Joshua Satter(9 - 13 - 5) from Honolulu, USA.  Both Ngata and Satter weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Itu Manuera, and the three ringside judges are Ethan Rhoderick, Peter Ferrante and Peter Ferrante.
