Hernan Palag vs Billy Rasay

Boxing Daily Report from the Felix Orcales promoted show at General Trias Panganiban, General Trias,  taking place on 14/12/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IBC, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Hernan Palag (24(18) - 3) who hails from Imus, Philippines and Billy Rasay(17(5) - 1 - 1) from Santa Maria, Philippines.  Both Palag and Rasay weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Larenzo Digamon, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Taguinod, Montenegro Padagas and Rodrigo Garzon.
