Selestino Obregon vs Rafael Soltero

Boxing Daily Report from the Lusungo Promotions promoted show at Ulises Camarena Gym, La Paz,  taking place on 16/12/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Bolivia-La Paz Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Tigo Bolivia, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Selestino Obregon (5 - 10 - 3) who hails from La Paz, Bolivia and Rafael Soltero(9(5) - 2) from El Alto, Bolivia.  Obregon weighed in at 130 pounds, while Soltero weighed in at 129 pounds And 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Berto Rosales, and the three ringside judges are Joaquin Sebastian, Fausto Pichon and Pablo Amador.  

Round 1: 

Soltero closes the distance and lands a right hook, left hook and a right hook to his opponents head.  Soltero ties up his opponent.  Soltero is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Soltero steps inside and throws a left hook, but his opponent avoids the shot.  Soltero clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Soltero pushes his forearm into Obregon's face.  The referee warns Soltero and breaks the clinch.  
Soltero gets on the inside and lands a left uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  Soltero holds on to his opponent.  Soltero leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Obregon closes the distance and throws a left hook, but Soltero holds on to his opponent.  Soltero is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Soltero's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Soltero lands a right uppercut to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a left hook to the head.  
Obregon steps to the outside.  Soltero lands a cross.  
Obregon hits home with a cross.  
Soltero closes the distance and connects with a sharp left hook.

Soltero gets on the inside.  Soltero pivots to the left of his opponent.  Soltero hits home with a right hook.  Soltero ties up his opponent.  Soltero leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Soltero's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Soltero dabs at his face checking for damage.

You can sense Obregon is getting frustrated in there.   He steps inside, but then strikes Soltero with a blatant low blow!  The ref halts the action and sends Soltero to the neutral corner.    He tells Obregon to clean up his game.  The ref's patience seems to be wearing thin.  
Soltero lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents head, AND DROPS OBREGON!  He tries to rise but his legs dont respond...the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Soltero!
