John Stilley vs Brad Duncan

Boxing Daily Report from the No Limit promoted show at Sunshine Coast Cristaldi, Sunshine Coast,  taking place on 18/12/2041:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia-Queensland Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Stilley (5 - 1(1)) who hails from Gold Coast, Australia and Brad Duncan(9 - 3) from Brisbane, Australia.  Both Stilley and Duncan weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Francesco Ghiglia, and the three ringside judges are Ian MacConnell, Gareth Alford and Billy Pryce.  

Round 1: 

Duncan gets on the inside.  Duncan is on target with a left hook to his opponents liver.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Duncan dabs at his face checking for damage.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Duncan.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.

Duncan steps inside.  Stilley pivots from in front of his opponent.  Stilley tries to land a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Duncan lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Duncan throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a solid right uppercut.
