Mark Cathcart vs Blake Leap

Boxing Daily Report from the Ricky Spanish Gym promoted show at Surrey Uren, Surrey,  taking place on 18/12/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Canada-British Columbia Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mark Cathcart (3 - 0 - 1) who hails from Vancouver, Canada and Blake Leap(9 - 9) from Surrey, Canada.  Cathcart weighed in at 115 pounds, while Leap weighed in at 114 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Jacob Peairs, and the three ringside judges are Rex Forker, Blake Chisholm and Paul Trott.  

Round 1: 

Leap is looking to close the distance and manouvers Cathcart onto the ropes.  Cathcart tries to land a left hook, but Leap slips the shot and counters with a right hook to Cathcart's body.
