Merrill Assale vs Cable Beal

Boxing Daily Report from the Gbedema Promotions promoted show at Garoua Bitee, Garoua,  taking place on 21/12/2041:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Cameroon-Nord Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Merrill Assale (18 - 19(2) - 3) who hails from Garoua, Cameroon and Cable Beal(2 - 18) from Garoua, Cameroon.  Both Assale and Beal weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Senior Binoche, and the three ringside judges are Justin Mbamba, Sinjon Ndjodo and Montrose Bourdelle.  

Round 1: 

Assale lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Beal closes the distance.  Assale sidesteps to the right of his opponent andBeal wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Assale dabs at his face checking for damage.
