Vashon Odindo vs Trory Waigwa

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Machakos promoted show at Amon Akaranga Gym, Kangundo-Tala,  taking place on 28/12/2041:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya-Machakos Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vashon Odindo (1 - 7 - 1) who hails from Kangundo-Tala, Kenya and Trory Waigwa(1 - 0) from Kangundo-Tala, Kenya.  Both Odindo and Waigwa weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hugh Wanja, and the three ringside judges are Vashon Magut, Noah Litole and Chike Maru.  

Round 1: 

Waigwa lands with a solid jab.  
Waigwa closes the distance and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Waigwa quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Odindo advances into close range.  Waigwa quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Waigwa retreats back to the ropes, and waits for his opponent to attack.  Odindo steps in throwing power shots but is unable to land cleanly.  
Waigwa lands a left hook to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a left uppercut to the head.  
Waigwa lands two left uppercuts followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Waigwa lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.

Waigwa lands a left hook.  Waigwa wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Odindo has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.

Waigwa closes the distance and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Waigwa.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.
