Taro Sano vs Shinji Shimamoto

Boxing Daily Report from the Akrofi Promotions promoted show at Satoru Sando Gym, Tokorozawa,  taking place on 29/12/2041:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Saitama Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Taro Sano (2 - 5(1)) who hails from Saitama, Japan and Shinji Shimamoto(8 - 11(1) - 3) from Saitama, Japan.  Both Sano and Shimamoto weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Satoru Shimabukuro, and the three ringside judges are Daiki Minami, Akira Asai and Daiki Kurihara.  

Round 1: 

Sano digs in a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Shimamoto is on target with a cross.  
Shimamoto lands a jab.  
Sano closes the distance.  Shimamoto attempts to land a right hook, but Sano blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Sano lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Sano lands a right uppercut to the body, a left hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  Sano holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Sano pushes his forearm into Shimamoto's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Sano lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Shimamoto almost instantly gets his legs back.
